I am passionate about how food should taste. Able to compromise on most aspects of life, I cannot compromise on how food, that I cook or eat, tastes.
Turning this, extremely discerning palate, into a strength, I have undertaken the mission to inform my readers on what it really means to eat delicious and satisfying food.
My blogs will talk about great food that is perfectly seasoned, balanced and healthy without compromising on taste. My writing will direct you to great restaurant, diners, drive-ins and dives that only serve meals that meet my snooty palate.
I am a vegetarian and will prove that being a vegetarian does not require living in a culinary world that is without Ooomph! Yet this blog will not be limited to vegetarianism. I hope to be able to cross boundaries and reach out to readers of varied interests and beliefs.
Perfectly Seasoned will delve into any and every subject all tied up beautifully with great tasting recipes and tips.
I end with a prayer to Lord Ganesha:
Vakratunda Mahakaya Suryakoti Samaprabha
Nirvighnam Kurumedeva, Sarvkaryeshi Sarvada! Om!
That means:
O Lord Ganesha,
Who possesses a large body (mahakaya),
A curved trunk (vakratunda),
Who shines with the brilliance of a million suns (surya koti)!
Please make all my work free of obstacles, always.
